We believe all weekends should be three days long: one day for rest, one day for chores and one day for pure FUN.

But alas, we only get the two. That means when a long weekend comes along, you’ve got to soak up every ounce of it.

Enjoy every drop of your long weekend with these refreshing batch cocktails and boozy bite recipes.

Batch Cocktails

Why batch? Because you can batch your bottom dollar that everyone is going to want one. Come to the pool party or barbecue prepared with these cocktail recipes that are designed to be shared.

Blood Orange Sunset Spritz

Blood Orange Sunset Spritz

This recipe elevates sauvignon blanc, a summertime staple, with bubbles and fruity blood orange flavor. What more could you ask for?

The Recipe

Add sauvignon blanc, rosemary sprigs and fresh blood orange juice to a large pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but up to 24 hours. Fill glasses with ice and fill ¾ way with wine mixture. Top with club soda. Garnish with rosemary and thinly sliced blood oranges. Makes 4 to 6 cocktails.

Punch Fresco

Punch Fresco

Scotch might not be the first spirit you reach for to make a summertime cocktail but trust us on this one: this single malt Scotch is finished in Caribbean rum barrels, giving it a tropical flavor profile with notes of banana, pear and apple. Mixed with watermelon, agave and mint, this one is downright delicious.

The Recipe

In a pitcher, add Scotch, watermelon chunks, watermelon juice and agave nectar. Muddle and set aside. In a glass with ice, add mixture and garnish with mint sprig and watermelon wedge. Makes 6 to 8 cocktails.

Pool Party Punch
